What is an AI credit?
Credits measure actual AI processing, rather than website traffic. Input includes instructions, product context, and conversation history. Output uses more credits than input.
Per token: ordinary input = 1 credit; cached input read = 0.05; 30-minute cache write = 1.25; output = 5. These categories are counted separately, never twice for the same token. Other processing settings can use different weights.
A few things to know
Are conversations a fixed allowance?
No. Conversations help you estimate capacity; credits are the actual allowance. Longer answers and more context use more credits. Messages are not unlimited.
What counts as a product?
An active parent product available to the assistant counts as one product. Ordinary size and color variants belong to that parent. Variant and document volume are assessed separately. Extra AI credits do not increase your catalog limit. Multiple stores need separate subscriptions or a reviewed quote.
How does the trial work?
Starter includes a 14-day trial with 2 million credits and up to 1,000 parent products, subject to catalog assessment. One trial per organization. Trial credits expire and overage is disabled. Paid conversion requires explicit recurring-billing authorization; otherwise service pauses at trial end. Review conversion and cancellation controls in the portal.
What happens when credits run out?
Extra usage is optional at €15 per million credits, metered proportionally. The default spending cap is €0. Authorize a monthly cap in the portal to continue beyond your allowance. Usage alerts are set at 80% and 100%; new generation pauses at the allowance or authorized spending limit.
Can I cancel or upgrade?
Use the portal to review subscription controls, cancellation, and available upgrades. Check the applicable billing terms before confirming a change. Included credits expire each billing month and do not roll over; overage resets each cycle.
